"The air conditioning was poor and the floor needed vacummed. The room smelled damp and musty. The bathroom proved to be the biggest problem. The lavatory faucet came off in our hands and leaked into the sink and the drain leaked onto the floor. There was no hot water. The bathtub faucets were jambed and would not turn on. The room was supposed to have been handicap accessible, but there was only one grab bar beside the toliet and none in the bathtub. The bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair but the sliding door to that room was jambed open. After we got the door to operate, it was heavy and difficult to use. The bed pillows were very small and hard. We checked out a day early because the room so poor. We will never go to that motel again. We were very disappointed."
